The Banker

Each hole has a designated Banker (can rotate or be set manually). The Banker plays against every other player individually on that hole. Everyone else plays against the Banker — not each other.

Scoring

Net scores determine each head-to-head result. If a player beats the Banker, the Banker pays them the hole's bet. If the Banker beats a player, that player pays the Banker. Ties pay nothing.

Options & Variations

Bet-per-hole (default $10), with per-player bet overrides. Individual players can double their own bet against the Banker, and the Banker can press to 2× or 3× before the result is known. Birdie doubles (default on) doubles all bets when the Banker birdies. Handicaps: Index on Low HC (on) with a percentage (0/50/75/85/100%, default 100) and per-player overrides; standard USGA allocation gives a 2nd stroke past 18. The active player set and rotation order are configurable.

• Being the Banker is high-variance — you can win or lose against everyone at once.
• Strategic doubling before the Banker reveals their result is key.
