Catch the rabbit with a sole low score — keep it to win
The rabbit starts each segment uncaught. The first player to have the sole lowest net score on a hole catches the rabbit 🐇. They hold it until a different player takes sole low net on a later hole and steals it. Whoever holds the rabbit at the end of the segment wins the pot.
Ties do not steal the rabbit. If two or more players share the lowest net score on a hole, the current holder keeps the rabbit — no change of possession. You must beat everyone outright to take it.
With Two Rabbits on, the front 9 and back 9 each run their own independent rabbit and pot. The front rabbit settles at hole 9, the back rabbit settles at hole 18. Each player contributes the bet amount to each rabbit.
When Two Rabbits is on and Front Carries is enabled, whoever holds the front rabbit at hole 9 automatically starts the back as holder — they do not need to steal it again on hole 10. If Front Carries is off (default), the back rabbit starts free and anyone can catch it.
If the rabbit is never caught in a segment — every hole ties for low — no money changes hands for that segment. The pot is returned.
Bet-per-player (default $5, per rabbit). Two Rabbits toggle (default on). Front Carries toggle (default off). Net or Gross scoring (default net).
