Win the hole outright or the pot grows
Each hole is worth one "skin." To win it you must post the lowest score on that hole outright — any tie means nobody wins. The total pot (the bet-per-round) is divided across the 18 skins, so each skin won pays its share.
Scoring: Gross or Net (default Net). Net unlocks Index on Low HC (on) and a handicap percentage (0/50/75/85/100%, default 100), plus Stroke allocation Full or Half. Carryover (default off) rolls a tied hole's skin forward so the pot builds. You can also set a Max Score cap (birdie/par/bogey, gross or net) and a Validation requirement (low score / birdie / par) before a skin counts.
The bet-per-round (default $20) is the total each player puts up; it splits across skins won. Net play uses standard USGA stroke allocation, so a course handicap over 18 earns a second stroke on the hardest holes — leveling players of different skill.
