A dice roll can force a mandatory ball off the tee
Normal scramble rules for every shot except the tee shot. Before each hole, assign each of the 4 active players a number 1 through 4. Roll a die — whichever number comes up, that player's tee shot must be used, no matter how good or bad it is. Everything after the tee shot reverts to standard best-of-two scramble rules. One combined score per team per hole.
The hole entry screen shows one score row per team — enter the team's score once and it fills every teammate's scorecard automatically. Because nobody plays their own ball to the hole, these rounds never count toward anyone's theStick Handicap. theStick can roll the die for you right on the hole entry screen, so the mandatory-ball assignment is genuinely random and can't be fudged.
Bet-per-player (default $10). Net scoring (default on): each team gets a whole-round allowance defaulting to a 40/20 split — the same tier as Florida Scramble, since an unlucky roll periodically removes the "best of" advantage for that hole's tee shot. In a round with more than 4 players, pick which 4 play — same picker as Scramble/Chapman.
Everyone antes the bet-per-player. Lowest team net (or gross, with net off) takes the pot, split among its members; ties split the pot across the tied teams.
