A drive is picked, non-picker plays 2nd shot, then alternate
Two-person teams. Both partners tee off, the team picks which drive to play (not necessarily the longer one), and the partner who did NOT hit the chosen drive plays the 2nd shot. From there the team plays strict alternate shot until the ball is holed. One combined score per team per hole. Some clubs call this "Canadian Greensomes" — theStick treats them identically, since neither the strategic drive choice nor who's "supposed" to hit next changes what score gets entered.
The hole entry screen shows one score row per team — enter the team's score once and it fills every teammate's scorecard automatically. Because nobody plays their own ball to the hole, these rounds never count toward anyone's theStick Handicap.
Bet-per-player (default $10). Net scoring (default on): each team gets a whole-round allowance from Handicap for Lower (%) / Handicap for Higher (%) sliders, defaulting to a 60/40 split — same convention as Chapman, since it's the same "one shared decision, then alternate" shape. In a round with more than 4 players, pick which 4 play — same picker as Chapman/Vegas/Four Ball. Only Team Dots and the Dots side-bet variants (auto-forced to Team mode) can run alongside.
Everyone antes the bet-per-player. Lowest team net (or gross, with net off) takes the pot, split among its members; ties split the pot across the tied teams.
