Format can be Match, Stroke, or both at once (both pay out separately) — default Stroke. Bet-per-player (default $20). Presses (default off, $10) are available in Match format: once the match is decided, a new bet starts on the remaining holes. Assign Team A / B. Handicaps: Index on Low HC (on, indexed off the active four) with a percentage (default 100%) and Full or Half strokes; standard USGA allocation gives a 2nd stroke past 18.
